This approach aims to guarantee more precise and current management of personnel information and to expedite more efficient coordination among units.

Preparations are underway for the Administrative Staff serving under the provisions of Law No. 657 on Civil Servants to establish procedures and principles for their recognition and reward in accordance with Article 122 of the same law. An award directive is being developed to acknowledge and appreciate staff members who exhibit exceptional efforts and outstanding performance compared to their colleagues.
