Areas of Improvement

  • Our university has restructured the records of Academic and Administrative Staff in compliance with the Standard File Plan for Retention Periods of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Organizations. This entails converting the hard copies, which contain relevant data, into a digital form and merging them with an e-archive system.

  • Access rights to the personnel web automation system, which stores the personnel information of our university's Academic and Administrative Staff, have been granted to all university units. This approach aims to guarantee more precise and current management of personnel information and to expedite more efficient coordination among units.

  • Our university has restructured the personnel records of Academic and Administrative Staff following the Standard File Plan for Retention Periods of Higher Education Institutions and Higher Education Organizations. As part of this initiative, we plan to transfer the physical personnel files containing relevant information to digital format and integrate them into an e-archive system.

  • Furthermore, access rights to the personnel web automation system, which stores the personnel information of our university's Academic and Administrative Staff, have been granted to all units of the university. This approach aims to guarantee precise and current management of employee information and to expedite efficient coordination between departments.

  • The norm cadre studies to review the structure of our university units are making progress. These studies will determine the criteria for norms, which will be used to plan the restructuring of our units.

  • We have initiated efforts to conduct Promotion and Title Change Examinations for our Administrative Staff. This initiative aims to improve employment benefits and work motivation for our personnel.

  • Preparations are underway for the Administrative Staff serving under the provisions of Law No. 657 on Civil Servants to establish procedures and principles for their recognition and reward in accordance with Article 122 of the same law. An award directive is being developed to acknowledge and appreciate staff members who exhibit exceptional efforts and outstanding performance compared to their colleagues.
